Our children's sports courses are the perfect way for children of all ages to develop their sporting abilities, as well as enhance their self-confidence, team working skills and make friends. Our fully-qualified coaches will support your children every step of the way, in our fun and inclusive sessions.
Gymnastics
Gymnastics is recognised as being one of the top three fundamental sports for young people, laying the foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle.
Basketball
Basketball is a fantastic way to develop agility, strength and fitness, while learning how to play this exciting team sport.
Trampolining
Our trampolining classes promote development of core skills, such as balance, strength, flexibility and co-ordination.
Karate
Our Karate sessions develop self-confidence, discipline and strength in our fun, supportive environment.
Pickleball
Our Pickleball sessions develop core skills, learn the rules of the game in a fun and inclusive environment. Play a new sport and make new friends!

The HAF Programme offers children eligible for free school meals the chance to take part in our Kids Camps during the Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays. This includes 4 hours of activities and one hot meal per child per day.
